The story behind Roads to Success!
How We Got Here
In 2016 Amanda noticed a significant increase of clients suffering from Stress, Anxiety and Nerves, in relation to up coming driving tests, also being a qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), Amanda began to formulate a system for driving students and their instructors, to be able to demonstrate on test day, the driving skills students have learnt in a calm, controlled, enjoyable manner.
Three years of testing, collaborating and development have proven their worth, as Amanda and her Roads to Success Coaches teach these skills to students before they get in the car and also to students already on their driving journey. Roads to Success now also offers advanced training to ADI's enabling them to become certified as "Road to Success Certified Instructors" where ADI's can learn the skills and the system of coaching used by Roads to Success Coaches, that enables driving students to be in control of themselves, while they prepare for and complete, their practical driving test.

Amanda Newman
In 2001 Amanda completed a Diploma of Advanced Hypnotherapy, over time she has added Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Qualified in Therapeutic Counselling & Stress Management, Licensed NLP Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist (Hons) and most recently in 2019 completed a Post Graduate Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy.

As the Founder of Roads to Success, Amanda continues to demonstrate her personal commitment to continued learning and performance enhancement, while sharing her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to be taught they way they learn.
Orlando Zucchetto
In 1997 Orlando completed his first Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for business communication in Auckland New Zealand. He furthered his skills during careers spanning corporate sales, the motor industry and successful business start ups and is now based in the UK.
As a Licensed NLP Coaching Trainer, Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Design Human Engineer, his time is split between his first love - being at the front of a training room and coaching online with NLP practitioners and private clients worldwide.
